I get it. I spent 15 years in the fashion industry as a Director of Product Development, leading creative teams and driving innovation. But my true passion? It started in a fabric closet, where I often found myself coaching my coworkers—helping them shine, go after promotions, and navigate challenges with confidence. After eight years life coaching professionals and executives, I discovered that beneath what every person believes is most important - is a lifetime of self-discovery, empowerment, and the desire to step fully into who we’re meant to be. We all just need a little help getting there.

Fast forward to 2022, and life threw me into my biggest transformation yet. I was laid off from the company I had poured years into saving, only to be diagnosed with two forms of cancer a week later (not to hear one word from them after that). The next year and a half of chemo, surgery, and healing was a gift in disguise. It forced me to ask:

 

If I could help other people make millions, why couldn’t I do it for myself? More importantly, I decided that only I should be able to define what my worth was.

So, I built Yeay Day Life Coaching—a business rooted in what all my career coaching conversations naturally led to: self-discovery. Now, I get to empower people in beautifully creative ways—and help them succeed.

​

But no matter how passionate we are, we all need a circle that lifts us higher. Who encourages the encourager? Who pushes us to dream bigger, take risks, and celebrate our wins?
