We’re committed to creating a supportive, empowering experience for you. This policy explains how refunds, credits, and cancellations work for our retreats so you can feel clear and confident before you join us.

All retreat bookings are final.

Due to the limited number of rooms and the planning required to create this experience, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including changes in personal circumstances, travel delays, or scheduling conflicts.

You may transfer your reservation to another guest with written notice at least 30 days prior to the retreat start date.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

By booking your retreat, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
