What is
Recovery Life Coaching?
Focusing on who you're becoming—not just what you're overcoming.
Recovery Life Coaching is a supportive, non-clinical approach that helps individuals in or after treatment build the life skills, routines, and self-identity needed to thrive in sobriety.
Through structured guidance, compassionate accountability, and personalized tools, recovery coaching helps clients navigate everyday challenges, strengthen self-trust, and create a meaningful life beyond addiction or mental health struggles.

Does This Sound Familiar?
I finished treatment and thought… now what?
I’m motivated, but I need more structure to actually stay on track.
Without support, I notice old patterns starting to creep back in.
Emotional triggers hit harder when I’m no longer in a structured environment.
I don’t want more clinical work—I want real-life tools and encouragement.
I’m ready for something that helps me stay grounded and grow without going backward.

Who's Teaching?
Created and led by Katherine Alexiss—life coach, founder of Yeay Day, and a firm believer that clarity and confidence begin when you stop trying to force someone else’s path and finally trust your own.
After years of “doing all the right things” and "living the dream"—climbing the corporate ladder, traveling, working out, reading all the books, journaling, and going to therapy—Katherine still felt disconnected with herself. Highly functioning hid a secret eating disorder, alcohol abuse, self-loathing, depression, anxiety, trauma, and manic behavior. That changed after a life-altering year of getting laid off and diagnosed with two types of cancer. What followed was a complete rebuild—from survival mode to soul-aligned living.
Now, with over 5,000 people having experienced this transformational system, you’ll train with someone who’s not just lived it—but made it her mission to help you finally live it too.
