Life coaching and therapy can work beautifully together—but they serve different purposes. Therapy often focuses on healing the past, processing emotions, and understanding patterns on a deeper psychological level. It creates a space to unpack, make sense of your experiences, and support your mental health. Life coaching, on the other hand, is more future-focused. It’s about taking what you’re learning about yourself and actively building a life that reflects it. With me, you get to: turn self-awareness into action create a clear vision for your life build habits and routines that support who you want to become practice trusting yourself in real time and actually experience change—not just talk about it It’s not about choosing one or the other. Many of my clients are in therapy and use our work together to bridge the gap between healing and living. This is where you stop just understanding your life… and start designing it.

A lot of personal growth can feel like constant input—new tools, new routines, new rules to follow. My approach is different. I don’t believe you need more information… I believe you need better integration. Most of my clients already have experience with tools like journaling, goal setting, boundaries, or mindset work—but they don’t always know how to make them actually work for them. That’s where I come in. With me, you’ll: revisit the tools you already know learn new ways to apply them based on your personality and lifestyle simplify what feels overwhelming and build systems that feel natural instead of forced This isn’t about adding more to your plate. It’s about making what you already have finally click.

Not at all. In fact, most of the women I work with don’t. My clients are often women who have already done a lot of the work. They’ve: read the books gone to therapy invested in themselves grown immensely …and yet, they still find themselves feeling: a little stuck or unclear on what’s next disconnected from their day-to-day life like they know what to do, but aren’t fully living it or craving something deeper, more aligned, more them There’s this quiet feeling of, “I’ve come so far… so why doesn’t my life fully feel like mine yet?” That’s exactly where this work begins. You don’t need a perfect plan or a fully mapped-out vision. You just need a willingness to: be honest about where you are get curious about what you actually want and start showing up for your life in a new way This is the space where everything you’ve already learned starts to click… and finally becomes something you live, not just understand.

Our sessions are intentional, focused, and built for real growth—not just conversation. They typically range from 1–3 hours, depending on what we’re working through and what you bring into the space that day. Some sessions are lighter and clarifying, while others go deeper and require more time, reflection, and integration. This work takes effort. This isn’t a space where you simply show up and talk like in therapy. It’s a space where you come prepared—having spent time in between sessions reflecting, applying tools, and noticing patterns in your real life. Because of that, our sessions become powerful. We: build on the work you’ve already done refine what’s working and shift what’s not move through blocks in real time and expand into your next level of growth Think of it as a collaboration. You bring your awareness, your honesty, and your effort… and I meet you there with guidance, structure, and perspective to take it further. This is where things start to click—because you’re not just talking about change, you’re actively participating in it. It’s deep work, but it’s also incredibly rewarding.

I’ll guide you, challenge you, and offer tools—but I won’t make your decisions for you. This work is about helping you: trust yourself hear your own voice and make aligned choices You already have the answers. I help you access them.

That’s actually a big part of what we work on. We’ll build systems, habits, and routines that are realistic for your life—not overwhelming or all-or-nothing. And more importantly, we’ll look at why consistency feels hard so you can move through it instead of fighting it.
