REFUND POLICY

We’re committed to creating a supportive, empowering experience for you. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, credits, and cancellations work for our programs, workshops, retreats, and digital products, so you can feel clear and confident before you join us.

1. Coaching Programs & Digital Products
All sales for digital products (like courses, toolkits, and downloads) and 1:1 or group coaching programs are final and non-refundable. These offerings require significant preparation and are designed to deliver immediate value.
2. Workshops & Group Programs
Refunds are available if requested at least 14 days before the program start date. After that, no refunds will be issued. However, we understand life happens — if you can’t attend, you may receive a credit to apply toward a future workshop or program.
3. Retreats & In-Person Events
All deposits for retreats are non-refundable, as they secure your spot and help us prepare accommodations and materials.

Cancellations made at least 90 days before the retreat start date may receive a partial refund (excluding the deposit) or a credit for a future retreat.

Cancellations within 90 days of the start date are non-refundable.
